The design for a private swimming pool costs from €550 + VAT, and the usual range is €550 to €1,200 depending on size, whether it comes with a filtration plant room and whether there is a change in level to deal with. In Almería, published prices for this work range from €450 to €1,000.
With a plant room, sun terrace or retaining wall, it is quoted separately.

Yes, it is new construction. In most town halls in the Poniente it is processed as building works with a technical design.
