Building inspection (ITE) and building assessment report (IEE)
A building inspection (ITE) or a building assessment report (IEE) costs from €300 + VAT for a house and between €450 and €1,800 for a block of flats, depending on its size and condition. They are needed when the town hall's by-law requires it, to apply for renovation grants or before a major repair.
