Stand design for agricultural and trade fairs
Designing a trade fair stand costs from €450 + VAT. Most fall between €450 and €2,500, depending on the floor area and whether it is modular or a custom design. Published prices in Spain range from €40 to €200 per square metre of design. We deliver the stand in 3D for you to approve, the drawings for the stand builder and the technical documents the organiser asks for.

What the regulations say
Each venue has its own stand-building rules, and authorisation is given by the fair organiser. At IFEMA Madrid, for example, structures raised 1.20 m or more that carry loads or people need a certificate or a design signed by a qualified professional.

How much does it cost to design a stand?
Published prices in Spain range from €40 to €200 per square metre of design, depending on whether it is modular or custom. Our design starts at €450 + VAT for a stand of up to 20 m².
Do you build it as well?
No. We design it and prepare the drawings so that two or three stand builders can quote on the same thing. If you wish, we go through their offers with you.
When is the next Infoagro Exhibition?
From 5 to 7 May 2027 at the Palacio de Congresos in Aguadulce (Roquetas de Mar), with about 20,000 m² of exhibition space.
Do I need a professional to put up a stand?
It depends on the venue and the stand. Where there are raised structures, two storeys or suspended elements, the organiser usually asks for a certificate or a design signed by a qualified professional.
