BIM projects and modelling in Almería
Modelling a project in BIM costs from €600 + VAT for a commercial unit or a renovation. Most fall between €900 and €3,500 for a house or a small building, depending on the level of detail. In Spain published prices for a single-family house range from €800 to €2,500 for architecture only. We deliver the model in IFC and in the native format, with the drawings and quantities taken from the model itself.

What the regulations say
The Plan BIM en la Contratación Pública (the plan for BIM in public procurement), approved by Spain's Council of Ministers on 27 June 2023, brings BIM gradually into the construction contracts of the central government. It started in April 2024 with the highest-value contracts and is completed in 2030, with five levels of requirement.

What is a BIM project?
It is a project developed on a 3D model that carries information: every wall, every window and every service has its data. The drawings, the quantities and the images all come from it, so everything matches.
Is BIM compulsory?
Not in private work. In public contracts of Spain's central government it is being phased in from April 2024 until 2030, starting with the highest-value contracts.
How much does it cost to model a house in BIM?
Published prices in Spain for a single-family house range from €800 to €2,500 for architecture only, and from €2,500 to €6,000 with structure and services. Our house model starts at €900 + VAT.
